Zoo Adventures is a school holiday program for students attending primary school, aged from 5-12 years, which is run by qualified staff. Children experience the sights and sounds of the zoo; join in with art/craft and other activities with an animal theme!

WINTER SPECIAL - $40.00 per child per day (8.30am – 3.30pm). Extended care is available in the afternoon only from 3:30pm to 5:00pm and costs a further $15.00 per day per child.
How to book
To book Zoo Adventures please download, complete and return the booking form, remembering to complete your payment information. Bookings must be received prior to the first day your child plans to attend and payments must be received in advance.
What to bring:
- A packed lunch
- A hat
- Wet weather gear in case of rain
- Water bottle
- Enclosed shoes
- A light snack for morning tea; fruit and biscuits
- Water throughout the day
Where and when to meet?
Zoo Adventures is held at Taronga Western Plains Zoo. Drop off and collection point is located on the grassed area on Obley Road just outside the Zoo gates.
Extended Care: Is available from 3:30pm and pick up by 5:00pm.
