How can I apply for a job?

Do I have to be Australian to work at Taronga?

No, however will be required to hold a valid working visa that meets the requirements of the role prior to employment.

I am 13 years old and want to get a job at the Zoo. How can I do this?

Unfortunately, we can only employ people that are 14 years and 9 months or older.

However, we do have volunteer and education programs for youth. Visit the Youth at the Zoo to find out more.
