Tiggy Grillo (BVMS, MRCVS, PhD)
Projects Coordinator – Australian Wildlife Health Network.
Tiggy has been the Projects Coordinator for the Australian Wildlife Health Network since May 2009. As part of her role, she assists in collation of national wildlife health surveillance data and, the national avian influenza wild bird surveillance data as part of AWHN core business. Tiggy graduated from Glasgow University Veterinary School in 1999 where she also completed her PhD in molecular parasitology. Prior to starting with the Network, Tiggy spent several years lecturing parasitology at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, NSW. She aims to encourage linkages across the wildlife health sector and a particular interest in wildlife parasitology.
