Taronga's Dinosaurs helping today’s animals avoid the same extinctions that the dinosaurs faced.
This video conference session will showcase video footage of Taronga Zoo’s amazing animatronic dinosaur display. Each dinosaur was matched to a threatened species that Taronga Zoo is currently helping. Hear first-hand from the keepers, about what we are doing to help animals like the Sumatran Tiger, Asian Elephant and Southern Hairy-nosed Wombat, so they can avoid the extinctions that dinosaurs faced. Your students will also meet a variety of live native species and hear how we can all protect wildlife .. for the Wild
