During the 19th century the Australian Sea-lion was nearly hunted to extinction for food and its fur. Today this remarkable animal's biggest threat is due to unsustainable fishing practices.

During this exciting and interactive video conference session students will:

Meet a seal keeper with one of our gorgeous sea lions

Discuss their characteristics, predators and prey, their special adaptations for survival and the role we can all play in protecting the Australian Sea-lion.
