Taronga Western Plains Zoo’s Cheetah cubs are continuing to grow in leaps and bounds, under the watchful eye of first-time mother, Halla.
Today Ushindi, one of our hand-raised Cheetah born in 2008, had his annual health check. We were keen to check his development and to ensure he was fit and well.
Keepers at Taronga Western Plains Zoo have been working around-the-clock to hand-raise a pair of male Cheetah cubs born in early August into the Zoo's breeding program for this critically endangered species.
