On Friday 7th October 2016 it’s our official 100th birthday. Taronga is celebrating by hosting a special event where entry can only be gained from receiving a winning ticket in the Birthday Ballot Competition (entries closed August 3rd 2016), otherwise the Zoo is closed to the general public, tours and all groups. Unfortunately you will not be able to visit Taronga Zoo Sydney that day using any currently available or pre-purchased tickets.
Take an incredible behind-the-scenes peek into the workings of Taronga's world-class wildlife veterinary hospital.
Download Taronga Zoo’s Free Audio Tour App for iOS or Android. Featuring 33 audio tracks, use this audio tour app to hear about the animals in our care.
