Pietro’s new menu offers sustainably sourced fresh fish of the day, including classic beer batter chips and mouth-watering grilled miso fish with organic soba noodles and fresh Asian herbs with soy ginger dressing.
Visit for morning or afternoon tea to enjoy a Barista coffee and one of Pietro’s homemade pastries or treats which he freshly bakes each morning.
Café Harbourview offers waiter service and is open daily 10am - 4pm.
Head Chef Pietro was born in Italy and worked in London before moving to Australia to teach cookery. He opened his restaurant ‘Salt Pepper Nutmeg’ in Roseville on the North Shore, before being appointed Head Chef at Café Harbourview in February 2012.

Located right inside our main Entrance, Top Plaza Café provides you with a diverse selection of freshly made gourmet wraps, sandwiches, pastries and UTZ Lavazza certified coffee to commence your zoo adventures.
Top Plaza is accessible to dine in without the need to pay Zoo entry and you can also take advantage of the 90 minutes free parking to enjoy your meal.
