Read the full terms and conditions for general admission, Zoo Friends (annual memberships) and gift vouchers at Taronga Conservation Society Australia.

1. General admission

1. All tickets sold are subject to the following terms and conditions and Taronga Conservation Society Australia’s (TCSA) general Terms and Conditions of Zoo Entry:

1.1    Tickets are valid for one use before the valid until date printed on the ticket.

1.2    Tickets are non-refundable unless as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

1.3    When your purchase is successful, you will receive an email with your tickets attached as a pdf file. To gain entry to the Zoo you must present your bar-coded tickets from the attached pdf.  Entry will not be permitted without presentation of your bar-coded tickets. Your confirmation email receipt is not your bar-coded tickets and will not be accepted to gain entry.

1.10   TCSA is committed to maintaining this site in full working order at all times, and providing the best service possible to its customers. 2. Zoo Friends - Annual Membership

General Terms and Conditions

2.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all Taronga Zoo Friends memberships:

  • 2.2    A Zoo Friends membership commences on the date of purchase, and is valid for 12-continuous months
    2.3    All persons who ordinarily reside in one residential household must join as one ‘membership group’
    2.3.1    Each ‘membership group’ will need to nominate one ‘primary member’
    2.3.2    This ‘primary member’ is the person who will receive important communications about their group’s membership
    2.3.3    It is the responsibility of the ‘primary member’ to ensure their details are current
    2.3.4    All members in a membership group retain the same expiry as the ‘primary member’. If an additional member is added to a group at a later date, their membership will be valid until the ‘primary member’s’ next expiry date
    2.4    Upon joining, new members will be charged a $20 joining fee per membership group
    2.5    When a membership is due for renewal, if a group renews their membership prior to their expiry date, or within 31 days (inclusive) after their membership has expired, this $20 joining fee will not be charged on renewal 
    2.6    If a group’s membership lapses for more than 31 days at any time, they will again be charged a $20 joining fee per membership group on reactivation of their membership 
    2.7    Except to the extent required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, membership is not exchangeable or refundable, pro-rata or otherwise
    2.8    Cancellations made at the discretion of TCSA will include a deduction for any visits made to Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo or our reciprocal Zoos
    2.9    Changes to membership must be made prior to use, and within 30 days of purchase
    2.10    We may refuse any application for membership (acting reasonably)
    2.11    If a membership card is lost there will be a $10 charge per card to a maximum of $20 per group for issuing a duplicate card
    2.12    A Zoo Friends membership is solely for recreational enjoyment at Taronga’s Zoos and cannot be used for entry for any commercial activity including product placement or news media reporting
    2.13    Zoo Friends membership is not available for corporate or commercial use, nor for clubs or groups and cannot be on sold separately in any circumstances (this includes the charging of any fee for the use of these passes).  Any Zoo Friend members found to be in breach of these terms and conditions will have their membership cancelled
    2.14    Membership entry benefits do not apply to persons visiting as part of organised group visits, including but not limited to, School excursions
    2.15    Membership benefits, including Zoo access, do not apply to special events unless otherwise stated
    2.16    We may change any membership terms, benefits, or privileges at our discretion.  If we do so, we will post the new membership terms on our website and we will take all practicable steps to give you advance notice (at least 28 days) of any such changes, for example by email or in our newsletters
    2.17    We reserve the right to immediately cancel or suspend your membership if:
    2.17.1    you or another person on your membership card has breached our membership terms and conditions;
    2.17.2    you or another person on your membership card has breached TCSA’s terms and conditions of entry;
    2.18    We reserve the right to suspend any membership for a period for operational, safety and security reasons or as a result of any breach or misconduct by you or another person on your membership.
    2.19    Visitors to Taronga Zoo or Taronga Western Plains Zoo choosing to upgrade to a membership from a day ticket are bound by the following terms:
    2.19.1    A valid Taronga entry receipt or Taronga day ticket must be presented at the time of purchase
    2.19.2    Only one admission amount can be discounted from each membership purchased, and at the price paid for the admission ticket
    2.19.3    Admissions must be of an equivalent or comparatively lesser value than the membership they are to be discounted from. For example, the maximum discount available for an adult membership is an adult admission fee
    2.19.4    If the total of admission ticket value exceeds the total membership value, Taronga will not refund the difference
    2.19.5    Upgrades must be made within 30 days of date of ticket redemption
    2.19.6    Third Party and discount entry tickets cannot be upgraded to a membership

3. Taronga Zoo Friends Family Flex Membership Special Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to groups who purchase Zoo Friends Family Flex memberships:

  • 3.1    A Zoo Friends Family Flex membership is valid for household groups joining with children aged up to 16 years only
    3.2    A Family Flex membership group can contain children from 1 household only
    3.3    A Family Flex membership group must contain 1 or 2 Family Flex Adult passes
    3.4    Family Flex adult passes must be assigned to a named user. Some benefits of Family Flex Adult passes are transferrable and some benefits are only available to the named user only, as outlined in these terms and conditions
    3.5    Family Flex membership grants eligible members unlimited entry during normal opening hours to Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo, for 12 continuous months ending on the date of expiry of that membership, as follows:
    3.5.1    In the case of children, this benefit is applicable when the membership record includes a valid name and photo.
    3.5.2    In the case of Family Flex ‘Flex Adult’ passes, this benefit is eligible to 
    (a)    The named user at any time; or
    (b)    Any adult (over 16 years of age) who is accompanying a child or children from the same membership group as the ‘Flex Adult’ pass they are using. In this instance, admission will only be granted when the adult’s visit is registered in advance, and they enter Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo with that child or children. Under no circumstance can an adult who is not named on a Flex Adult pass use the membership to gain access alone.
    (c)    In either of these instances, a valid membership pass must be presented on entry, and each Flex Adult pass can only be used once per day
    3.6    The primary Zoo Friends member may be requested to register each visit online to both Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo, including when another adult is utilising their Flex Adult pass. Booking availability may be subject to capacity limits
    3.7    If requested, you may be required to provide evidence that all children in a membership group ordinarily reside in the same household. This could include a shared Medicare Card, School enrolment documentation or similar
    3.8    When another person is utilising your Family Flex membership as described above, it is your responsibility to ensure they are aware of, and comply with these Terms and Conditions
    3.9    A concession rate is not applicable to Flex Adult Memberships

4. Taronga Zoo Friends Indivi(dual) Membership Special Conditions

4.1    A Zoo Friends Indivi(dual) membership is valid for individuals or household groups joining without children aged up to 16 years only
4.2    A Zoo Friends Indivi(dual) membership group can contain one or more adult or concession membership for persons residing in the same household. Adult or concessions not residing in the same household must join as separate membership groups
4.3    Indiv(dual) memberships are not transferrable, and all associated benefits and entitlements are available to the named member only
4.4    Indiv(dual) membership grants eligible named members unlimited entry during normal opening hours to Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo for 12 continuous months ending on the date of expiry of that membership, when a valid membership pass is presented on entry
4.5    The primary Zoo Friends member is requested to register each visit online to both Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo. Booking availability may be subject to capacity limits
4.6    Concession rate is available for members who can produce evidence of meeting certain criteria, read the full list of concession cards accepted at Taronga

5. Taronga Zoo Friends Grandparent Membership Special Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to groups who purchase Zoo Friends Grandparent memberships:
5.1    A Zoo Friends Grandparent membership is valid for adults or concessions that are linked to valid active Family Flex memberships.
5.2    A Grandparent membership group can bring any children from linked Family Flex memberships with them to the zoo.
5.3    A Grandparent membership group must contain 1 or 2 Grandparent adult or concession passes 
5.4    Grandparent adult or concession passes must be assigned to a named user. Some benefits of Grandparent adult or concession passes are transferrable and some benefits are only available to the named user only, as outlined in these terms and conditions
5.5    Grandparent membership grants eligible members unlimited entry during normal opening hours to Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo, for 12 continuous months ending on the date of expiry of that membership, with the following benefit:
5.5.1    In the case of Family Flex linked children, this benefit is applicable when the child’s membership record includes a valid name and photo.
5.6    The primary Zoo Friends member may be requested to register each visit online to both Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo. Booking availability may be subject to capacity limits
5.7    Concession rate is available for members who can produce evidence of meeting certain criteria, read the full list of concession cards accepted at Taronga

6. Additional benefits

6.1 Food and drink retail discounts

6.1.1    A valid Zoo Friends member is entitled to:
(a)    15% discount at retail shops onsite a Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
(b)    10% discount on food and drink purchased from food and beverage outlets and cafes, onsite a Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
6.1.2    Discount at the retail stores and cafes will be given upon presentation of a valid Taronga Zoo Friends membership card only.
6.1.3    Discount is applicable on take away coffee when a member uses a reusable cup only. No discount is applicable on coffee provided in a disposable takeaway cup.

A valid Zoo Friends member is entitled to:

  • 15% discount at retail shops onsite a Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
  • 10% discount on food and drink purchased from food and beverage outlets and cafes, onsite a Taronga Zoo Sydney and Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo

Discount at the retail stores and cafes will be given upon presentation of a valid Taronga Zoo Friends membership card only.

Discount is applicable on take away coffee when a member uses a reusable cup only. No discount is applicable on coffee provided in a disposable takeaway cup.

6.2 Accommodation discounts

A valid Zoo Friends member is entitled to a 10% discount on accommodation at:

    (a)    The Wildlife Retreat at Taronga
    (b)    Roar and Snore at Taronga Zoo Sydney 
    (c)    Zoofari Lodge at Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
    (d)    Savannah Cabins at Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
    (e)    Billabong Camp at Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo

6.2.2    Discounts on accommodation are subject to availability, and some blackout dates may apply.
6.2.3    Accommodation discounts are valid for named Family Flex Flex Adult members, and Indiv(dual) Adult and Concession members only and are not transferrable.

6.3 Parking discount

  • 6.3.1    Eligible Taronga Zoo Friends members are entitled to receive 50% off the price of parking at Taronga Zoo Sydney. This benefit is not applicable to members of our interstate partner Zoos
    6.3.2    To receive this benefit, members are required to validate their parking ticket either at the top Zoo Shop located in the main entry plaza or at the Zoo Friends office, prior to the Zoo closing, by presenting their parking ticket and Zoo Friends membership card. If a member has not validated their ticket prior to the zoo closing, they will be required to pay the full parking rate
    6.3.3    Once a parking ticket has been validated members can pay at one of the automated pay machines in the car park, or at the car park station

6.4 Event pre-sales and discounts

  • 6.4.1    Eligible members may be offered discounts and early access to tickets for selected Taronga events. This may include, New Year's Eve, Twilight at Taronga, Vivid, or other events taking place at either Zoo
    6.4.2    Access to these discounts will be communicated by email to primary members
    6.4.3    Members will be required to be subscribed to Taronga’s communications to receive this benefit
    6.4.4    Taronga takes no responsibility for members not receiving this information due to the member submitting incorrect details, the member having previously unsubscribed from email communications, or other email failures
    6.4.5    Event discount are valid for named Family Flex Flex Adult members, and Indiv(dual) Adult and Concession members only, and are not transferrable

6.5 Reciprocal entry to partner zoos

  • 6.5.1    Reciprocal access benefits are valid, and non-transferable, for named Family Flex Adult(s), Family Flex Children, Indivi(dual) Adult(s) and Concession Concession(s), and Grandparent Adult(s) and Concession(s) members, granting access to be able to visit Melbourne Zoo, Werribee Zoo, Healesville Sanctuary, Kyabram Fauna Park and Perth Zoo with their Taronga Zoo Friends Annual Pass at the partner Zoos’ discretion
    6.5.2    Reciprocal access benefits are valid, and non-transferable, for named Family Flex Adult(s), Indivi(dual) Adult(s) and Concession members to visit Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park with their Taronga Zoo Friends Annual Pass
    6.5.3    If you have a Zoo Friends Family Flex Membership, the Flex adult pass is only valid for the named Adult and cannot be transferred to any other adult when using it at reciprocal Zoo partners
    6.5.4    The Member acknowledges that Partners can vary and terminate the reciprocal arrangement between zoos at any time. Members should be aware that Taronga does not guarantee this benefit, and is not responsible for partner zoos withdrawing from the program
    6.5.5    Partner zoos may charge members a non-refundable entry fee if they do not present a valid Zoo Friends membership card upon entry, along with any other proof of identity and entitlement to concessions that the partner zoo requires. The same rule applies for interstate zoo members entering Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
    6.5.6    Reciprocal rights between interstate zoos only apply to zoo entry, and no discounts apply on parking, retail purchases or food outlets at an interstate zoo. The same rule applies for interstate zoo members entering Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo
    6.5.7    This benefit is valid for Zoo Friends members with a valid Zoo Friends membership and who normally reside at a NSW address only

7.Gift vouchers

7.1    All Taronga Gift Vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions and TCSA’s general Terms and Conditions of Zoo Entry found at https://taronga.org.au/about/terms-and-conditions-of-entry.
7.2    Taronga Gift Vouchers are valid for one use before the valid until date printed on the ticket.
7.3    Taronga Gift Vouchers are non-refundable unless as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
7.4    When your purchase is successful, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. To gain entry to the Zoo, the recipient must present their valid Taronga Gift Voucher on arrival. Entry will not be permitted without presentation of the Taronga Gift Voucher within its validity period. Your confirmation email receipt is not your Taronga Gift Voucher and will not be accepted to gain entry. Taronga Gift Vouchers for our Accommodation experiences are processed by our Accommodation team and subject to additional terms and conditions. 7.5    Taronga Gift Voucher prices are in Australian dollars.
7.6    The purchaser agrees that by completing the purchase of a Taronga Gift Voucher, they have read all of these terms and conditions and agrees unconditionally to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. $1 On Your Birthday

8.1    Instructions on how to purchase and redeem the $1 on your Birthday Ticket Offer ($1 Birthday Ticket) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 
8.2    The Ticket Holder agrees that by the purchase of a $1 Birthday Ticket, the Ticket Holder has read all of these conditions and agrees unconditionally to be bound by these conditions.
8.3    The Promoter is Taronga Conservation Society Australia (ABN 41 733 619 876) of Bradleys Head Road, Mosman NSW 2088.
8.4    Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to redeem this offer. 
8.5    A $1 Birthday Ticket can be purchased online up to 90 days in advance of your visit date/birthday date. 
8.6    To purchase, individuals must visit taronga.org.au/birthday and follow the prompts to buy a $1 Birthday Ticket online, for visiting either Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo.
8.7    A $1 Birthday Ticket is only available to purchase online.
8.8    When the purchase is successful, ticket holders will receive an email with the $1 Birthday Ticket and any additionally purchased tickets attached as a .PDF file. To gain entry to the Zoo, Ticket Holders must present the bar-coded tickets from the attached .PDF. Entry will not be permitted without presentation of these bar-coded tickets. The confirmation email receipt will not be accepted to gain entry.
8.9    $1 Birthday Tickets are valid for use on the date of the ticket holder’s birthday only, as indicated via the ‘Visit Date’ when purchasing.
8.10    To redeem, Ticket Holders must visit Taronga Zoo Sydney or Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo on the day of their birthday (as stated on the ticket visit date and on their suitable ID), and present their $1 Birthday Ticket on arrival, along with a current and valid form of identification which clearly states the Ticket Holder’s birth. Guests who are born on 29 February can visit on any other day in February and guests born on 25 December can choose to visit on a different day in December. 
8.11    Accepted forms of identification are: birth certificates, states issued proof of age cards, driver’s licenses; and/or passports. Identification can be presented as either original or certified copies or scans, or photos of original/certified documents. Acceptance of additional forms of identification will be at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion. 
8.12    $1 Birthday Tickets are not valid in conjunction with upgrades to Taronga Zoo Friends Annual Pass Memberships.
8.13    Taronga reserves the right at any time (acting reasonably) to verify the validity of a $1 Birthday Ticket purchase (including the ticket holder’s identity, age, birth date) and reserves the right (acting reasonably) to refuse entry to any Ticket Holder who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the purchase or redemption process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 
8.14    In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion. 
8.15    Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the $1 Birthday Ticket are not included.
8.16    $1 Birthday Tickets are non-refundable, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. All additional full-priced individual tickets purchased along with the $1 Birthday Ticket are purchased in accordance with Taronga’s online ticket purchase Terms and Conditions. 
8.17    Additional full-priced tickets purchased along with the $1 Birthday Ticket are non-refundable.
8.18    If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Ticket Holder; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate. 
8.19    Any cost associated with accessing the Taronga website to purchase $1 Birthday Tickets is the Ticket Holder’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 
8.20    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the states and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of the Promoter is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
8.21    Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any purchase that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Prompter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in purchase value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a Ticket Holder; or (f) use of the $1 Birthday ticket at Taronga’s Zoos.  Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of the Promoter is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
8.22    During the purchase process the Promoter collects personal information. The Promoter will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Statement, which can be viewed at https://taronga.org.au/about/privacy. The Privacy Statement also contains information about how Ticket Holders may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, raise a complaint about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principals or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose the Ticket Holder’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia. 
 

9. Terms and Conditions of Booking an Animal encounter or experience at Taronga.

9.1    Taronga Zoo Sydney
9.1.1    Important Information
(a)    Prior to making a booking, participants must notify Taronga of any medical condition or disability that may prevent participants from understanding directions, or that could result in unpredictable behaviour or that interferes with a person’s mobility.
(b)    Participants must follow all safety requirements and instructions reasonably provided by Taronga staff for this activity.
9.1.2    Terms & Conditions Purchase
(a)    A paying adult must accompany children under 16 years of age. 
(b)    Taronga reserves the right to cancel animal encounters due to inclement weather, animal welfare or risk to safety. Whenever possible, guests will be notified in advance and dates re-scheduled, or full payment will be refunded.
(c)    Participants must follow the reasonable safety directions of Taronga staff.
(d)    Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude liability arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of Taronga, and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded at law. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of Taronga is limited to the minimum permitted by law. 
(e)    Subject to clause 9.1.2(d), Taronga excludes all liability for any loss or damage occasioned by, or caused to any persons or property arising whilst participating in an animal encounter activity except to the extent such loss or damage was directly caused by Taronga’s negligence or wilful misconduct. 
(f)    Participants agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Taronga, its directors, employees and agents from and against all actions, suits, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to persons participating or any other person to the extent caused or contributed to by Participant.
(g)    Participants must indemnify Taronga against all losses, liability, actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands sustained, incurred or suffered, to the extent arising out of or in connection with Participant’s failure to follow directions from Taronga’s personnel.
(h)    Participants that exhibit behaviour that suggests intoxication, are argumentative, aggressive or otherwise disruptive will be refused admission and or removed from the Animal Encounter.
9.1.3    Cancellation Policy
(a)    Bookings for Animal Encounters are non-refundable.
(b)    No refunds will be offered for cancellations.

9.2    Taronga Western Plains Zoo
9.2.1    Important Information
(a)    Prior to making a booking, participants must notify Taronga of any medical condition or disability that may prevent participants from understanding directions, or that could result in unpredictable behaviour or that interferes with a person’s mobility.
(b)    Participants must follow all safety requirements and instructions reasonably provided by Taronga staff for this activity.
9.2.2    Terms & Conditions Purchase
(a)    A paying adult must accompany children under 16 years of age.
(b)    Taronga may choose to cancel Animal Encounters or Tours due to inclement weather, animal welfare or risk to safety. Whenever possible, guests will be notified in advance and dates re-scheduled, or full payment will be refunded.
(c)    Participants must follow the reasonable safety directions of Taronga staff.
(d)    Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit or exclude liability arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of Taronga, and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded at law. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of Taronga is limited to the minimum permitted by law. 
(e)    Subject to clause 9.2.2(d), Taronga will not be liable for any loss or damage occasioned by, or caused to any persons or property arising whilst participating in an animal encounter activity, except to the extent such loss or damage was directly caused by Taronga’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
(f)    Participants agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Taronga, its directors, employees and agents from and against all actions, suits, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to persons participating or any other person, to the extent caused or contributed to by Participant.
(g)    Participant must indemnify Taronga against all losses, liability, actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands sustained, incurred or suffered, to the extent arising out of or in connection with Participant’s failure to follow directions from Taronga’s personnel.
(h)    Participants that exhibit behaviour that suggests intoxication, are argumentative, aggressive or otherwise disruptive will be refused admission and or removed from the Animal Encounter or Tour.
9.2.3    Cancellation Policy
(a)    Bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the booking date and will receive a full refund.
(b)    No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 72 hours of the booking date.
(c)    No refunds will be offered for missed bookings or incorrect dates
