Visit Taronga Zoo Sydney's Sumatran Tigers Jumilah, Kembali, Kartika and Clarence at the new Tiger Trek experience, now open.
Taronga is very fortunate to care for Sumatran Tigers, which play a very important role in the international conservation efforts to protect this Critically Endangered species.
Taronga Zoo Sydney’s new, world-class Sumatran Tiger experience, Tiger Trek is an expansive, Indonesian-themed exhibit where guests can get up close to the endangered Sumatran Tigers and learn how simple shopping choices can help to preserve their precious, natural habitat.
During construction, Taronga Zoo Sydney's Sumatran Tigers, mother Jumilah and youngsters Kembali and Kartika, were moved to Taronga Western Plains Zoo until the new exhibit was completed. They joined Taronga's young male tiger Sakti, who moved there in 2014.
