We have chosen to represent both African and Australian iconography in the artwork to symbolise our global connections rooted in our relationship with our environment. The hands along the spine of the rhino show the contract that binds us as responsible citizens of the world. Our countries share the same delicate ecologies with the threats of extinction looming. Yet, we have hope that if we join our hands and hearts there is a brighter future.

Rhino Sculpture Location:

Carlingford Court
