Wahroonga Public School

The teachers, parents and students at Wahroonga Public School work together within a happy and supportive educational environment to ensure that everyone can realise their full potential. We are set within a native forest and have great facilities.

Website:
www.wahroonga-p.schools.nsw.edu.au

Rhino Sculpture Name:

Bokamosa

Rhino Inspiration:

Wahroonga Public School chose the name Bokamosa for their rhino. It means ‘future’ in Northern Sotho language. The artwork is based on the theme ‘creating a glorious future’. Our awesome rhino is the culmination of many student designs which were inspired by this theme. The designs were pieced together and transferred onto our rhino. The joyful colours, the rainbow, the world and the animal prints symbolise our hope for a bright future for all creatures.

Rhino Sculpture Location:

Carlingford Court
