Do I need to be fit?
The high ropes course is a moderate fitness activity. You will climb ladders, swing and balance yourself on different elements. The courses require a degree of agility, strength and endurance - but challenging yourself to try something new is part of the fun!. If participants have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor in advance. Participants will be required to certify that they do not suffer from any medical condition which would make it more likely that they would be involved in any incident which could result in injury to themselves or others. Due to the physical nature of the courses, Wild Ropes recommends that pregnant women, people with pre-existing conditions or heart problems should not take part.
What are the operating hours?
The first session of the day starts at 9.30, with the last session of the day starts at 3.30pm.
Should I book before I visit?

What happens in wet weather?
The course will remain open in most weather conditions (except in circumstances of lightning, high winds or storm). It can be a lot of fun climbing in the rain but for extra comfort, bring a weatherproof jacket (note: ponchos can rip easily) and a change of clothes for after your climb. If it becomes necessary to close the course for reasons beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, we will offer alternative dates or times for your booking.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel or change your booking please contact us as soon as possible. An administration fee of $5 applies to all changes and cancellations. No refunds for changes or cancellations are possible within seven days of your booking. Adding additional guests to your booking is subject to availability.
