The Zoofari Lodge Main House
The canvas lodges are located near the Main House, where guests can relax at the bar with a quiet drink, indulge in the culinary delights prepared by the Zoofari Lodge chef, enjoy a coffee in the lounge or even take a dip in the saltwater swimming pool.
Enjoy Zoofari Lodge’s very own private viewing area of the African Savannah exhibit where you can see animals such as Giraffe, Eland, Zebra and Buffalo roam, or watch the sunrise touch the landscape as it rises above the tree line.
Sleeping securely in your lodge, don’t be surprised if you hear the sounds of the Zoo animals as you retire to your accommodation for the evening or wake in the morning.
Zoofari Lodge is currently undergoing an exciting redevelopment to replace seven of the older style lodges with 10 new lodges that will directly overlook the African Savannah.
The new luxurious safari-style lodges will feature an African-inspired decor with king size bed, double bath and overlook a paddock that sees Giraffe, Zebra and Eland roam right outside the lodges.
The construction of the new luxury lodges will take place from September 2013 through to late March 2014. During this time there will be little impact on the guests visiting Zoofari Lodge as the majority of construction will be undertaken when guests are not onsite.
