Please note:
• Any hazardous, unhygienic and perishable items will be disposed of on the same day or as deemed appropriate by Taronga Zoo Sydney. They include water bottles, food containers, cosmetics and headwear.
• For security reasons unclaimed credit cards will be destroyed by the end of the day to protect the security of the card holder
• If you have lost a Zoo Friends pass please contact the Zoo Friends Office at zoofriends@zoo.nsw.gov.au
• For any reason if you are unable to complete this form online please contact us via tz@zoo.nsw.gov.au or by Phone: (02) 9969 2777
• All items are stored for up to 30 days and if unclaimed are donated to a number of charity organisations
• If your item is matched the Lost Property team will reach you using the provided contact information. There will only be a cost for the postage of the returned item, our team will work with you to find the most cost-effective option
