Enjoy the melodies of the local Macquarie Conservatorium performers at the Macquarie Strings Spring Concert on Saturday 19 November 2011 from 11:00am – 12:30pm at Bakhita’s Café.

Come and enjoy a coffee and one of the delectable cakes or perhaps a glass of wine as you sit back and listen to the amazing sounds of the stringed instruments and some great local talent.

The performers include Macquarie Conservatorium teachers, Carmel Follent and Susan Hovenden who are both accomplished violinist as well as some of their students who are just commencing their musical careers.

The Macquarie Strings Spring Concert is a free concert held in the free access area at Taronga Western Plains Zoo and is proudly supported by Arts NSW.
