Changes to your visit
We’re building a whole new way to experience Taronga Zoo so you might notice a few changes on your visit. Unfortunately, the Taronga Wildlife Express not be operating from Monday 26 October - Saturday 31 October 2026.
Choo choo your way through the Zoo
Climb aboard the Taronga Wildlife Express for a 10 minute journey through the heart of the Zoo. As you travel between stations, enjoy sweeping views and glimpses of the animals that call Taronga home.
Whether you’re beginning your visit or winding down for the day, the Wildlife Express offers a relaxed way to explore.
Boarding stations
Operating days and times may change and the train may pause during busy periods.
Please allow time to queue at the boarding stations.
Tickets can be purchased at either boarding station.
