Spend the night in a stylish and comfortable self-contained cabin. Enjoy views of sprawling natural grassland right on your doorstep in this family friendly retreat. Savannah Cabins is ideal for a short stay to explore the Zoo, or a longer stay to experience Dubbo and the surrounding region. You’ll have the flexibility to come and go as you please.

Each Cabin features:

• Sleeps up to six people
• Bedroom One: Queen bed with ensuite
• Bedroom Two: Two singles (can be converted to King if requested at time of booking)*
• Sofa bed, located in lounge area
• Air conditioning
• Fully contained kitchen with electric cooking hob, dishwasher, convection oven and refrigerator
• Outdoor dining area
• Free WiFi and Foxtel
• A children's playground is located adjacent to the Savannah Cabins.

Note: There is one accessible cabin that includes an accessible bathroom. Please contact our Reservations Team to request this room.

Transport to and from Savannah Cabins: Please note that there is no direct walking access between the Zoo and the Savannah Cabins. Own vehicle required.

Accommodation and Zoo entry

• This package includes accommodation and Zoo entry for each registered guest throughout your stay, including day of arrival and departure.

Payment terms

• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking for all reservations
• We accept payment via credit card only for online bookings

In the event of cancellation or amendment the following fees apply

• More than 30 days prior to arrival: Date amendments permitted. Full refund in the event of cancellation.
• Between 15 days and 30 days prior to arrival: Date amendments permitted. Penalty of $100.00 per booking per night in the event of cancellation.
• Less than 15 days prior to arrival: Cancellation will result in the full accommodation amount being charged.

Note: Our room rates vary between dates. In the event of a booking amendment, please be aware that  guests are required to pay any difference in rate. If amended, reservations are non-refundable and non-amendable.

Terms of stay

• A valid photo identification and credit card is required to check in. A pre-authorisation of $100 per night will be processed on arrival.
• All accommodation areas are 100% non-smoking – penalties apply   
• Savannah Cabins accommodate guests of all ages. Cots may be hired for $20
