Vivid Sydney returns to Taronga Zoo with a brand-new line-up of captivating installations and lanterns inspired by Australia’s rare and miraculous wildlife.
Evolving our considered experience for guests of all abilities, we encourage you to download our 2023 Accessibility Toolkit which includes information regarding our accessible facilities and which will support planning ahead. As part of our considered experience, Wild Lights at Taronga will have an accessible drop-off zone, expanded parking and increased accessible parking spaces, ‘re-set’ zones and a wheelchair-accessible exit vehicle located around the mid-way point of the light path should you need to exit before the end of the experience.
Being thoughtful to guests’ preferences during our Wild Lights experience, we are encouraging guests who may not enjoy large crowds or queuing to arrive one hour after the first guests arrive. We recommend arrival between 6:30pm and 7:00pm. There is no rush to complete the path quickly and we welcome guests to take in the experience at their own pace. Our friendly staff and volunteers will be onsite to help and to ensure all guests feel comfortable during their visit.
Within our toolkit we have some additional suggestions regarding what to bring, things to be mindful of and when to let us know if you are attending with a registered assistance dog. Feel free to HERE to find out more.
