The Zoo Ball Fundraising Gala has been postponed.
We will keep you informed on the new date once it has been decided.
After careful deliberation and with consideration to the current situation regarding COVID-19, we have had to come to the decision to postpone the upcoming Zoo Ball Fundraising Gala which was due to be held this Saturday 21 March 2020 at Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment this may cause. However the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and animals is always our highest priority. Please be assured Taronga is continuing to closely monitor the situation and we will keep you informed when a new date for the Zoo Ball has been decided. Your tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date.
The response to this event has been overwhelming, through ticket sales, raffle and silent auction bids we are well on the way to raising much needed funds for the Taronga Western Plains Zoo Wildlife Hospital, and we know that with your support we can achieve our fundraising target on the night so, stay tuned for the new date! Fundraising activities such as the raffle and silent auction will be postponed and drawn at the event when it is rescheduled.
We believe Zoo Ball will be a great opportunity to bring people together to support the Taronga Western Plains Zoo Wildlife Hospital, and we look forward to celebrating this time with you.
We thank you for your understanding, patience and ongoing support especially at this time.
