In celebration of World Environment Day, the Taronga Education team is partnering with Be the Future to empower Stage 3 students to become champions for the planet. This engaging program offers students the opportunity to participate in an interactive session on nature-based solutions, where they'll explore global initiatives using interactive digital floor games and design solutions using recycled materials. Following this, they will join a Taronga Educator led lesson on "Adaptations in a Changing World," observing how animals' adaptations are impacted by today's changing environments, both natural and human-induced.
This event is suitable for Stage 2 & 3 students and will cover both Geography and Science curriculum outcomes.
