The existing Zoological Parks Board Regulation (ZPB) 2014 is due for staged repeal on 1 September 2019 and must be remade. The draft ZPB Regulation 2019 and the accompanying Regulatory Impact Statement (RIS) are ready for public comments. Changes to the ZPB Regulation are minor and machinery in nature and do not represent a major new regulatory initiative. A summary of the changes is outlined below. The draft ZPB Regulation 2019 and RIS can be viewed in the attached files. Any comments can be sent to regulation@zoo.nsw.gov.au by the 3rd July 2019.
