Escape the crowds and feel like royalty as you usher in the New Year with unparalleled views and a relaxed, exclusive atmosphere. 

As a valued Wildlife Retreat guest, you'll have exclusive, hassle-free entry to the Centenary Viewing Platform which provides magnificent, unobstructed views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the spectacular city fireworks display for both the 9:00 PM and midnight shows. A complimentary toasting drink will be provided for you to celebrate at midnight. 

Enjoy the flexibility to move between the Retreat and the Zoo grounds throughout the evening to purchase food and take in the New Year’s Eve atmosphere. 

 

Please Note: No food is included with the experience and can be purchased from the Retreat's N’Gurra Lounge or from the various food outlets available in the Zoo on the night.

  • Payment must be made in full at time of booking
  • Cancellations are permitted 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days all bookings are non-refundable.
  • Menus, pricing and itinerary are subject to change depending on availability, demand and changing health restrictions
  • The NYE at the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga package is available for a 2-night stay on Wednesday 31 December 2025 – Friday 2 January 2026, subject to availability
  • Date changes are not available for NYE at the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga bookings
  • Discounts and special offers are not applicable with NYE at the Wildlife Retreat at Taronga bookings with the exception of Zoo Friend Member discount
