This school holidays, Veolia and Taronga Zoo Sydney are showcasing a life-size sea turtle made entirely out of beach debris. Artist David Day has created a sea turtle sculpture from plastics and other waste materials washed ashore on his local beach, highlighting just how much waste enters our waterways and can end up having devastating effects on our marine wildlife.
