Taronga Artist in Residence ‘ZOO AiR’ Art Auction

Sunday 21 August at 2pm

Byron Kennedy Hall, Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park

Earlier this year, 20 renowned contemporary Australian artists made Taronga their second home for three months. They have now packed up their sketchbooks and easels and submitted their final artworks.  The paintings, photographs and sculptures have been donated to the Taronga Foundation and will be auctioned by Bonhams Australia on Sunday 21 August, with all proceeds supporting our vital conservation work. Please join us on Sunday.

Our Taronga ZOO AiR art auction is fast approaching. This is a unique opportunity to purchase a zoo inspired work by one of these highly coveted artists. We are delighted to have teamed up with Bonhams who are exhibiting and auctioning the works free of charge. The collection of works on offer is as colourful and diverse as the zoo itself. You are invited to join us at the auction on Sunday 21 August at 2pm at Byron Kennedy Hall, the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park.
